Hesham Zaki is Chairman and CEO of Pioneer Healthcare International. Hesham is a Specialist Neurosurgeon with expertise in Spinal Surgery and Paediatric neurosurgery.

He is the Head of Department of Paediatric Neurosurgery at Sheffield Children’s’ Hospital and has overseen the transformation of the department into a world-class unit with some of the best outcomes and infrastructure in the UK. He was until recently the Clinical Director of the Division of Surgery and Critical Care incorporating a vast portfolio and responsibilities. Hesham has a wealth of experience in managing large organizations in the UK and provides a leadership role within the organization.
